STARKOS is for adults. This tick is your word that you are 18 or older, and it is recorded as its own consent record, unchanged from the separate screen it replaced.

It also records that you accept the Terms. Read the Terms.

I consent to STARKOS processing my body and training data, including body fat and any injuries, conditions or substances I choose to declare, and to sending it to the Claude API run by Anthropic in the USA so a training plan can be built and adjusted.

What is collected. Your body data and your training data: date of birth, weight, body fat, and the injuries, conditions or substances you choose to declare. Every one of those is optional except your date of birth. Then the sets you log.

What the AI does with it. Your training details are sent to the Claude API, run by Anthropic in the USA under standard contractual clauses, which writes and adjusts your plan. Your email address is never sent. Nothing you give us is used to train AI models.

How you stop it. Withdraw this consent in Settings and no new plan is built, or delete the account and everything above goes with it. Both controls sit at the bottom of Settings, next to a one tap download of everything STARKOS holds about you.

Withdraw, download or delete at any time in settings. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
