Health-data consent
This is the consent that lets STARKOS use your body and training data to build and adjust your plan. Withdrawing it takes one tap and one confirmation: the same effort it took to give.
What happens when you withdraw:
Download my data
Everything stored about you, as one JSON file: your profile, your questionnaire answers, your plan, your logged sets, your exercise swaps, your weight and body-fat history, your sources and their items, and your full consent ledger. The file also lists every path it read and how many records came back, so you can see what was covered.
Delete my account
This removes your account and the data attached to it. Download your data first if you want a copy, because there is no export afterwards.
