THE PLAN THAT REBUILDS ITSELF
A founding spot is free. The price is feedback every Sunday, and actually using it.
A founding spot is free. The price is feedback every Sunday, and actually using it.
Every set you log is kept: the movement, the weight, the reps, the date. Nothing is rolled up into a score and nothing expires.
You can open any past session and read it back exactly as you logged it, months later.
It is also what the plan reads. The record is not a diary beside the training. It is the input.
You say what you are training for, what equipment you can actually reach, and which days you have. The plan is built from those answers.
Then it keeps reading what you really did: the sets you finished, the ones you skipped, the weights that moved and the ones that stalled. It reworks itself to fit you better as you go.
Every rebuild tells you what it changed and why, in a sentence you can argue with.
Feed it a source you believe in: a coach, a talk, a method you have followed for years. It reads the whole thing and pulls out what a lifter can actually apply.
You decide which of it applies to you. Nothing reaches your plan until you tick it.
What you tick goes into the next build, and the plan says which of your own rules it followed.
One photo. It is read, and then it is discarded. The image is never stored.
What is kept is the number and the range around it. It is an estimate from a photo, not a measurement, and it is shown as a range for that reason.
Day to day it wobbles. The weekly trend is the number that matters, and that is the one the plan reads.
Your photo is read once, and it is not stored.
In build. The order is decided by founding feedback.
All fifty are taken. The cohort is closed, and the men in it keep what they were promised.
Leave your address and you get first access when the next door opens. That is the whole offer: first, not cheaper.
